Editing Database Files to Reflect Draft Pick Trades

Is there a way to edit the database so that the correct draft picks load for each franchise? For example, Boston has a massive stockpile of draft picks right now, and I want to mod the database so it accurately reflects all that wealth (I'm looking at you, Memphis 2019 draft pick.)
