How to start the almanac at zero (2017)

I don't have the 2018 version yet, but I asked something about starting at the almanac at zero for the 2017 version, viewtopic.php?f=248&t=29256,
But that forum section seems dead so i'm asking here instead.

So how do you start a game with a zero and clean almanac?

You need a database editing program(like the one that came with Microsoft Office) then you just export the database, put 0 on every tournament history-related record and you are done. Save it and import it back and you are good to go.
