Need age limit fix for staff

Multiple teams have 90+ year coaches (My league is about 60 years in),and staff DEFINITELY are not fired enough. Needs a fix.

Yup this is on the list to look at. We increased coach turnover in the last patch, but some coaches are still making it through and we need to look into why.
