1971 Season (Need Help)

Trying to play a 1971 season. Have downloaded historical rosters just not all players or teams are there. No Baltimore Colts or Houston Oilers and division not properly set. Any help on correcting or making it work would be very much appreciated.

Also I forgot to mention and this why it might not work is, I downloaded the Historical Rosters Mod for Draft Day Sports Pro Football 2018 and am trying to use it for the 2019 edition.
