I started a new career as head coach at American University and I noticed during recruiting that Maryland wasn't treated as a home state. Instead of the cost to host a recruit being 125 recruiting points, it was 750 points. I'm guessing this is because they are located in Washington, DC which is programmed to be separate from Maryland but it Maryland should still be treated as the home state for recruiting purposes. Is it possible for me to fix this? If not, can this be fixed during next version update?

This is actually programmed in already but I do see one place where it is misfiring and not checking for the DC/MD connection so I will correct it and issue a patch.
