See if this is still an issue with today's build. If so and it remains a constant issue I may have you try running in Win 8 compatibility mode

Same as Schlick. When I click it the first time, nothing appears. When I click it a second time, when already on the insights screen, it does work then. This is on the newest build.

Yes this is still an issue with me as well.

Try running the game in Windows 8 compatibility mode and see if the issue persists

1. Right-click on an app and select Properties. You can do this from the app's shortcut or by navigating in File Browser to the EXE file.

2. Select the Compatibility tab, then check the box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"

3. Select the version of Windows to use for your app's settings in the dropdown box.

4. Hit Apply, then run your app and see if this fixed your issues.
