It's certainly a new wrinkle in the game to keep it fresh - the facility budgeting gives you more control over your school and what is important. If getting recruits is important, you spend it in amenities. If you're a smaller school that isn't going to compete for elite recruits maybe you spend it on the training so that your players will develop more fully since they are likely to be 4 year players. Maybe you want stability and to keep your team as happy and healthy as possible so you spend more in wellness...the different options allow for an approach to suit your school rather than a one size fits all approach.
