Editing Ratings

I wanted to do some tinkering with player ratings but I am having trouble finding the button that lets me edit ratings. I'll go into Commissioner mode and click on individual players but nothing shows up for me to edit ratings, unless I'm missing something entirely obvious. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In the Commissioner mode Your Office page, go to Edit Players/Recruits, bottom right. You can then select by Team.
