Imported drafts from the college game seem to be off.

Late round QBs are still 90+ overall, RBs are amazing, so amazing that undrafted RBs are 95+ overall, offensive linemen are awesome, defensive linemen and linebackers suck.

Make sure to check the box to normalize when you import drafts. Plus, depending on your college players you may need to further adjust your draft class using the league options mass edit tools to line up with your desired OVR.
