Could we maybe split out training camps into more than a single sim?
If we did this, it could inject elements of strategy, roster management and player dynamics.
Common IRL storylines are camp holdouts for players wanting new deals and position battles.
Suggested sims:
1) Rookie Camp (would allow draft picks to have a fog of war which only be end of first full training camp cycle do their attributes become visible / maybe allow a focus boost to player)
2) Team Camp (feedback on team leadership, personality of roster / coach feedback on performance / option select position battle - gain / loss)
3) Team Joint Practices (final sim - coach feedback on depth / fits)
To build hold out angle. Players who want new contracts could inform teams prior to FA sim 6, that would allow chances before Team Camp sim. A hold out would mean almost zero chance of improvement
