Unless I’m reading something wrong with the coaches but with position coaches I really don’t see the need for “internal hires” at all when you have an extensive amount of coaches that are already there. I still see mostly 70% of the hires being “internal hires”

Internal hires are necessary to ensure all teams have filled /can fill all coach positions.

But you are right, we need to rebalance the logic so the AI is better at administering its budget and wont have to rely on it so much.
