Scouting Costs Rebalance

I know it was mentioned during the beta that the scouting point costs or each type weren't finalized, but the game is now released and they are all still 5 points. In terms of importance (and cost) I would assume it would be workout >>> college coach > game tape > interview >>> college teammate. With the changes to scouting & staffing, could we get some clarification on how the scouting ratings work now? It seems like the days of "free information" are gone. Does Assess potential ONLY affect the accuracy of the potential rating, as well as the accuracy of the sleeper emails? Does assess ability influence the accuracy of the scout grades (I think the answer is yes, but ONLY after the scouting phase has taken place), does assess ability also translate to accuracy of all of the scouting reports? Also the tooltip on the coach screen under scouting still makes reference to recruiting for your school.
