How do I open a data base in SQLite

Just purchase the 2020. I used the old editor, MDB, in previous games. Reading the the posts I saw there was a new editor for the game. I downloaded the new editor, SQLite, but can't seem to open a saved game file. Any help/instructions would be welcome. Thanks

Use SQLiteStudio it's a free editor I think

I have the program, but I could not open a saved program. It did not show up. I was asking how to open a saved program with that program. However now I can't open the game with the latest window update.
